Balcar Prime works from Sarajevo. We sell used cars, take cars on commission and import cars from Europe, and that is all we do. We are not a workshop, we are not a car rental company and we are not an agency that happens to sell cars on the side.
The company name stands behind every car that passes through our hands, so we do not take everything that is offered. A vehicle with a doubtful history, a tampered odometer or hidden damage simply does not make it into the offer. It is better for us not to have that car than to sell it and then spend six months explaining to the buyer what happened.
This is how business works with us. You tell us what you are looking for and what your budget is. We tell you what you can realistically get for that money and what you cannot. If we do not have a car that suits you at that moment, we will say so instead of talking you into something else. If we do, you get all the information we have about that vehicle, including what is not ideal.
The paperwork goes through us. The sales contract, notarisation, customs and homologation for imported vehicles, the technical inspection. It is work we do every day and you might do once in five years, so there is no reason for you to struggle with it.
We are located in Sarajevo, at Terezija bb. We work Monday to Friday from 09 to 17 and on Saturday from 09 to 14. You can come without notice, but it is smarter to call or message us on WhatsApp so that the car you are interested in is ready and washed when you arrive.
